What is School Community Council?

A school community council is a committee made up of parents and school professionals who help determine the needs of our school and the best methods and programs to support those needs through the School Land Trust Program.  Members of the school community council will meet together approximately 5-6 times during the school year to discuss the schools needs, the School Land Trust plan, and it’s implementation.

We welcome patrons to attend any of the meetings listed on our meeting schedule for the current school year, which can be found below. Additional meeting information, including agendas and minutes, are also available on our website.

We invite interested parents to consider serving on the School Community Council in future years. Interested parents are able to submit a nomination form to the include on the election ballot. Elections take place in the fall at the start of the school year.
